Roc Nation and Modern Luxury’s unique multimedia destination launches its summer volume with iconic visionaries across various creative mediums, from actress Amandla Stenberg to Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr.


NEW YORK — On July 1, 2024, EDITION by Modern Luxury, the first multiplatform portal to champion diverse talent in the realm of luxury, announced the unveiling of its annual summer issue with Brittney Spencer as the cover star. The singer-songwriter reflects on tapping into her vulnerability and the growing diversity within country music.

“I hope that things continue to progress to the point where we honestly retire the conversation. That’s the goal—not having to talk about diversity because it’s such a norm,” Spencer explains.

The summer issue (whose theme is “Music”) celebrates the legends who have laid the foundation for everything we’ve come to love about music and new-age creators who are helping to reshape the ever-evolving industry.
