Modern Luxury Media is seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator, to support our growing business. The Ad Ops Coordinator will work with internal teams to ensure accurate testing, trafficking, optimization and reporting for all digital display campaigns. Responsibilities include trafficking creative assets and third-party ad tags to run across our Owned and Operated sites as well as a curated list of partner sites, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on these campaigns to ensure we deliver the best possible value to our clients.


  • Execute basic campaigns by trafficking ads to Modern Luxury’s O&O network of Luxury sites and curated list of partner sites.
  • Build creative in an ad server using third party tags.
  • Activate ads in the ad server after assigning the appropriate creative.
  • Communicating status of campaign creation to internal teams.
  • Provide account team with screenshots confirming creative went live.
  • Ensure functionality and accuracy of creative by assigning to test pages.
  • Assign creative to orders within our ad serving systems.
  • Provide, verify 3rd party reporting and resolve discrepancies.
  • Optimize campaigns to deliver in full and exceed client’s campaign goals and objectives.
  • Provide post campaign wrap up reporting to internal teams.


  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • General understanding of online advertising processes.
  • Problem-solving and organization skills.


  • Educational background or similar experience in Advertising or related field.
  • Excel Proficiency.
  • Highly proficient in an industry leading third party ad server — Google Ad Manager, Atlas, etc.
  • Familiarity with DSP console buying.
  • Familiarity with third party ad serving tags.
  • Proficient with HTML
