Your Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
As an Account Executive, you will focus on our highly acclaimed "Interiors" brand, cultivating leads in the home decor, design, and overall shelter categories. Your role will involve passionately articulating Modern Luxury's offerings, competitive advantages, resources, and processes to clients and prospects through compelling in-person sales meetings. By establishing a strong network of C-Suite, senior-level media, and client relationships in vertical categories, you'll drive business growth. Showcase your expertise in developing multi-platform sales and marketing programs across all our titles while maintaining effective and revenue-generating relationships with client-direct, media agency, and creative agencies. Your commitment to providing exceptional sales and marketing consulting services will be instrumental in surpassing monthly revenue goals. Display a comprehensive understanding of your assigned accounts' business needs and revenue potential, supporting sales management in identifying potential sales targets and expansion opportunities in new markets. Collaborate in the development of local marketing initiatives and actively participate in industry events. Embrace a team-based environment, leveraging your strong communication skills and maintaining an informative CRM database. Prepare for an exciting outside sales position that requires heavy outbound calling.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record of sales success in the interiors space, ideally within a performance-driven culture. Leverage your developed contacts and existing book of business experienced in purchasing digital, print, and experiential programs. Proficiency in Google Docs is a must, and Mac experience is a plus. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, as you engage with clients and exceed goals. As a motivated team player, consistently strive to push revenue expectations and deliver exceptional results. With a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, you'll hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
