Drive Sales and Foster Connections!

As an Account Executive, you'll play a vital role in developing and nurturing leads for small to medium-sized businesses in the Hamptons. Utilizing your persuasive skills, you'll effectively communicate Modern Luxury's offerings, competitive advantages, resources, and processes to clients and prospects during in-person sales meetings. We encourage you to build a network of valuable business relationships while immersing yourself in the vibrant communities you serve. In addition, your ability to create multi-platform sales and marketing programs across all our titles will be crucial. Maintain strong relationships with client-direct, media agency, and creative agencies to generate revenue and provide exceptional sales and marketing consulting services. With monthly revenue goals to achieve, your understanding of your assigned accounts' business needs and revenue potential will be key. You'll also have the opportunity to assist sales management in identifying new sales targets and expanding into new markets, contributing to the growth of the company. Engage in local marketing initiatives and industry events to stay connected and enhance your presence. As an outside sales position, you'll have the chance to work in a team-based environment, making a significant impact through heavy outbound calling.

Requirements for Success!

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record of sales success in a performance-driven culture, ideally within the interiors space. Your existing contacts and book of business in digital, print, and experiential programs will be valuable assets. Proficiency in Google Docs is a must, and Mac experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be vital in engaging clients and exceeding goals. As a motivated team player, you'll consistently strive to push revenue expectations and deliver outstanding results. A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in media is required to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
